This research was conducted over a single day in Chicago, involving a sample size of 100 participants. Participants were randomly approached on the street and asked about their skincare routines.   • Ease of Use: Participants appreciated the spray application of the 85-15 Rice Toner, noting it was convenient and did not require cotton pads, unlike the "I'm From Rice Toner." 
  • Environmental Impact: Using a spray application was preferred as it reduces the need for disposable cotton pads, which are harmful to the environment. 
  • Side Effects for Both Products: Only 2% reported minor side effects, such as mild irritation, which resolved quickly and 5% for "I'm From Rice Toner."
