Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently offer the following shipping options within the U.S.:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: Also delivered within 3–7 business days (depending on your location and carrier speed)

Shipping Costs

Flat Rate Shipping applies to all orders under $90.

Free Standard Shipping is available for all U.S. orders over $90 (pre-tax).
Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.

No restrictions on shipping to PO boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii at this time.
Carriers & Tracking

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Tracking numbers are provided with every order, sent to your email once your package ships.
Shipping Issues & Exceptions
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at nimbateam@nimbacosmetics.com within 7 days of delivery.
Be sure to include:

A description of the issue

A photo (if the item was damaged)
We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. If an incorrect address is submitted and the package is returned to us:

We’re happy to reship the order, but additional shipping charges will apply.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
