At Nimba Cosmetics, we’re committed to getting your products to you safely and on time. Please review the details below to learn more about how we handle shipping and delivery.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options within the U.S.:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Also delivered within 3–7 business days (depending on your location and carrier speed)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate Shipping applies to all orders under $90.

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for all U.S. orders over $90 (pre-tax).

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.

  • No restrictions on shipping to PO boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii at this time.

Carriers & Tracking

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Tracking numbers are provided with every order, sent to your email once your package ships.

Shipping Issues & Exceptions

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at nimbateam@nimbacosmetics.com within 7 days of delivery.
Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo (if the item was damaged)

We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. If an incorrect address is submitted and the package is returned to us:

  • We’re happy to reship the order, but additional shipping charges will apply.

  • Unfortunately, we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we appreciate your patience during such situations.
